This product is a high-purity, polymer-grade, quaternary ammonium salt, high charge density cationic monomer, free of sodium chloride and other impurities. Its DMDAAC aqueous solution is a colorless, transparent liquid without a pungent odor and has a slight consistency. DMDAAC is completely and highly soluble in water. Its molecular formula is C8H16NCl, and its molecular weight is 161.5. This molecular structure contains alkenyl double bonds and can form linear homopolymers and various copolymers through various polymerization reactions. DMDAAC has the characteristics of being very stable at normal temperature, non-hydrolyzing and non-flammable. There are two forms of its products: one is an aqueous solution containing a certain concentration; One type is a solid white powder. This product is a water solution with contents of 60% and 65% respectively, available in two specifications.

【Application】:
DMDAAC as cationic monomers, they are homopolymerized or copolymerized with other monomers to form a series of high-molecular polymer products. Its polymer can be used as an excellent formaldehyde-free fixing agent in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries, forming a film on fabrics and enhancing color fastness. It can be used as a retention aid and filter agent in papermaking auxiliaries, an antistatic agent for paper coating, and an AKD curing accelerator. It can be used for decolorization, flocculation and purification in the water treatment process, and is highly efficient. In daily chemical products, it can be used as a combing agent, wetting agent and antistatic agent in shampoos. In oilfield chemicals, it can be used as a clay stabilizer, cationic additive for acid fracturing fluid, etc. Its main functions are electro-neutralization, adsorption, flocculation, purification and decolorization.
