Polyacrylamide is a chemical, and its configuration requires excellent equipment to prevent it from reacting with other chemical residues to form flocs, which not only affects its effect, but also easily blocks the dosing equipment. The equipment should be made of plastic, enamel or aluminum instead of iron.

Prepare polyacrylamide aqueous solution. Solids should be slowly added /minto tap water, and reclaimed water should not be used. It needs to be heated in winter, and the temperature should not be too high to avoid degradation. The stirring speed should be moderate. It is suggested that the stirring speed should be 60-200 rpm. Too fast will cause polyacrylamide degradation, and too slow will lead to too long dissolution time.

Moreover, polyacrylamide can't be directly added into sewage, so it must be prepared into an aqueous solution with a concentration of 0.1%-0.3%, and it can also be prepared according to the actual situation. The storage time of the solution with high concentration will be prolonged, but it can't be used directly, and it needs to be diluted before use. The prepared solution should be used as soon as possible to avoid long-term storage.

Remind everyone that polyacrylamide has a shelf life, but the prepared solution should be used up within 2 days, and the solid polyacrylamide should be stored in a cool and dry place, and the temperature should not exceed 50 degrees.
